We also use performance cookies to analyze traffic and improve site features by collecting information anonymously. TSECUR processes your data to respond to requests submitted via the contact form and to ensure your event registration.

Data collected through cookies allows TSECUR to improve site performance.

4. How do we protect your data?

TSECUR has implemented appropriate organizational, physical, and technical security measures to ensure a high level of protection. Thus, TSECUR protects your data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and any other unlawful processing.
Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized employees who process data due to their duties and are subject to strict confidentiality obligations.

5. How long do we keep your data?

TSECUR reserves the right to retain your data for no longer than (i) necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above (subject to statutory limitation periods), (ii) the time necessary for TSECUR to comply with its legal obligations, or (iii) as required by law.

6. To which third parties do we transfer your data?

Data collected on our website is not transferred to third parties.
However, if we ever transfer your personal data to third parties, our Data Protection Officer will ensure appropriate measures are implemented to protect your data. TSECUR only works with subcontractors who process your personal data in compliance with applicable laws.

7. Is your data transferred outside the EU?

TSECUR does not transfer collected personal data to third parties outside the European Union. If this should occur, we will notify you and take all necessary measures to secure the transfer.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You can request information about your personal data processed by TSECUR (purpose, categories, recipients, retention, transfers outside the EU) and obtain a copy.

  • Right to withdraw consent: If you no longer wish to receive information or event invitations, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”): You may request deletion of your personal data unless processing is necessary for freedom of expression, legal obligations, or exercise/defense of legal claims.
  • Right to restriction: You may request limitation of processing if you contest data accuracy or lawfulness.
  • If TSECUR no longer needs your data but some data must be retained to exercise legal rights, you may request limitation on those data.
  • Right to object: You can object at any time to processing your data for reasons related to your particular situation. We will consider your objection unless there is a compelling legitimate reason or legal defense, except for direct marketing, where you can object without reason.
  • Right to lodge a complaint: You can complain to the Luxembourg National Data Protection Commission (“CNPD”) if you believe your data is processed unlawfully or if you have not received a response in due time.

9. What procedures do we follow in case of a data breach?

TSECUR commits to notifying the competent authority as soon as possible and at the latest within 72 hours of becoming aware of a data breach, unless the breach is unlikely to risk your rights and freedoms.
We will inform you without undue delay of any personal data breach involving TSECUR, its subcontractors, or third parties acting on its behalf, only if the breach is likely to pose a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

10. Is this policy subject to change?

This policy may be amended. We will inform you of any changes by various communication means (e.g., notices on our homepage or emails).
